The one at the 19th fret is done by placing the index finger over the fret and plucking with the middle. The 2nd is a slap harmonic, done by hitting the strings above the 12th fret with your right hand very quickly, essentially fretting and hitting the harmonics in the same motion.

Definitely sometime. My ideas for it are quite technically challenging, and I'll want to play at a fast tempo without relying on the metronomic bassline used by other guitarists. I'll also need a ship!
