Nobody walks out of a film scored by zimmer and remembers the music a week later, people walk out of star wars say or Lord of the rings and they remember it decades later even if they haven't seen the film in decades. Its background noise it amounts to nothing more than cars rolling by.

Lord of the Rings has got absolute masterpieces in it. I often turn on the (special extended editions) films in the background and happily go on a musical journey with the fellowship whilst i'm getting work done. Stunning music.
