Darvin hams offense scheme for AD: get in the paint and try to force throw him the ball. My God ham was so bad.. JJ has AD getting the ball in spots more like jokic does where he has multiple options of attack instead of just "get in the paint and do something"

To be fair Hamm’s offense often did have solid movement (not this good)… in the first half of games. But later in the season LeBron really slowed things down. Dude was 40, just got tired late in games, and did a lot of holding and running clock. I’m a LeBron fan, but let’s be objective.

I mistakenly wrote him off for a good portion of last year. his numbers were ok, but the eye test while he was on the court failed terribly. looked uninterested, wasn't aggressive, like I said had overall good numbers but just never really felt like he left much of an impact on the court. what a night and day difference competent coaching can make, he looks amazing in the limited sample so far this year! aggressive, pushing the pace, going after his own rebounds, using his frame to get to where he wants to be. really excited for how this season could go for him

He's probably THE defender teams have to change their offenses to play. He is objectively the best rim defender in the league as of right now and without a doubt one of the best help side defenders ever. Literally in this video the Lakers had 5 straight scoring posessions the second Rudy comes off the floor. There are 2 ways teams can attack a big like this. Either stretch the floor with a shooting big and make him choose between protecting the rim or give up an open 3. Or go at him and drag him out of the paint not necessarily to target him, but so the paint opens up by removing his rim protection. It looks like hes getting picked on because they have to.

GSW vs LAL conf final In the past few years, the two team just weaken themselves and now they are back. Other teams just aren’t gd enough to win in a series against them

Would be quite the matchup, can’t wait to see how it all plays out this year

Probably but let’s wait till mid season to Judge if he’s good or bad coach. Too early to say he’s good!

Great video! JJ is super smart, the Lakers are in good hands if they stay healthy.

if jjreddick is a kind of strict coach very technical and good motivator i believed lakers reach the final. always learns opponents strenght and weaknesses then how to counter play

The Wolves have a personnel issue in the paint and it seems the Lakers got a complex offensive puzzle for the NBA teams to solve this season.

Damb I should’ve known Hamm was the problem. 🤦🏽♂️ The nuggets coach out coached him 10 times in a row

The game plan is no longer "Let LeBron do whatever he wants." Wolves were playing LeBron-style help defense.

If jj can be half of kerr i can see high potential from 3 point line from LAL as well as some good bench can help with chip. The gaurds and centre are not available to fullfill the role of bench.
