I was 10 in 1987 and I remember me and my bro getting this film and other films from the video shop at the time, which I loved going in and seeing all the films you could rent out....there's nothing like that feeling!! Now you can buy it in a second... kinda not the same anymore! As getting a video tape from the video shop and the trip there to get it was great in itself etc... it was exciting as a kid.... same with music albums. ......Although I love it now getting music I waited 20 years to find in a second.... but there was something magical about that time!! Things seem to have more meaning and you also appreciated the artwork of a video or album you could hold in your hand not on a comp etc. most kids will never understand any of this stuff today! Yes I know sound like an old fart LOL!!
@Jayson_Guy8 жыл бұрын
+oomoonbeam I share that feeling going to the video store browsing the shelves, sometimes the movie you want is out, you either come back another time or have it reserved. The only part I didn't like about renting was having to return it, getting the late fees a few times. And remember, "Please be kind and rewind!". Now everything is watchable online. You can even just watch your favorite scenes here on youtube.

A little known fact I found out just a few nights ago. The woman in this scene. Is in real life the richest actor of all time. Her wealth surpasses Tom Cruise and other top actors combined. Look it up I didn't know it either

I don’t think anyone else would have been able to make David so intimidating with some of those lines and sequences.

Yes, it was David making him see the maggots. Which is why he apologized afterwards. Vampires are masters of Illusion : )

I always felt that the lost boys movies was an amalgamation of film concepts of Rebel with out a cause, Fright Night and the Goonies all combined in the Lost boys movie.

OK, where did the food come from - they just rocked up there. Is there a Chinese Restaurant just for vampires somewhere in that abandoned hotel? I would bet business is pretty slow.

JamesT-Vlogs Marco flew somewhere to get that food. You don't see it in this clip, but in the movie you can clearly see Marco landing from flight.

+C1rcu1tBr34k3r I've watched this movie about 67 times and never noticed Marco coming right out of flight. I always thought he just jumped down from a ledge or big rock or something. This movie just got cooler because of that.
