so basically mari isnt a dream of sunny, but real mari going to sunnys dreams as the flowers said "i will follow you into you dreams". Which means that mari really did forgive sunny.

That's an interpretation. I think I might do a video on it, but I also think Sunny is an incredibly intelligent and imaginative person. I think there's a possibility that Mari and a few of the other entities aren't solely within Sunny's mind. The Basil shadows (Stranger) seem to know far too much to be solely within Sunny's head, but he could also just be very perceptive.

The hanging body at the end of lost forest means your WTF value is greater than or equal to 3. It’s a value rolled at the beginning of the game when exiting neighbor’s room that determines how much fucked up/weird shit you see in your playthrough. It ranges from 1-13

I just love headspace lore, the deeper well was my favorite part of the game.

Daddy long legs, or as I like to call him, daddy lore legs. I like to think he lives in the lore boxes you have to sort near the end of the alternate route which shows you a lot of the inspiration for headspace.

Headspace lore is fascinating. I wish people didn't sleep so much on it or blow it off as hallucinations/just dream logic. Doing that also deprives Mari and Basil of a lot of complexity and character development, especially for Mari.

Sunny either punishes him for telling some truth by making him burn himself, or it represents Sunny's own self hatred and suicidal ideation because he knows the truth and is apart of Sunny, if that makes sense.

Not at all. If you light the candle and awaken the cats, they go to the candles like the other spiders. I'm pretty sure it's meant as a distraction.
