Ich hatte einen ähnlichen Klavierhocker. Bis letzte Woche. Da bin ich umgezogen mit einem Unternehmen, dass meine Möbel und Kartons in die neue Wohnung bringen sollte und alles, was ich in einem extra Raum hatte, gleich entrumpeln. Ein paar der Umzugshelfer, die kein Wort Deutsch verstanden, hat das offenbar nicht gerafft und alles, was sie runter getragen haben einfach auf die zwei Transporter verteilt. Als mein Möbellaster ankam fehte einiges, dafür waren aussortierte Möbel dabei. Der Rest war inzwischen auf dem Recyclinghof in der Presse gelandet. Schön, das dafür jetzt dein Hocker ein neues Leben hat.

How do you clean the bowls that are used for mixing shellac? And how do you clean your spacious workplace?

Simply with warm water. Unfortunately, my workspace isn't very spacious 😀 I just wipe it down. If it gets too dirty at some point, I'll sand it down. Regards

The restoration is beautiful!! I believe the original finish of the stool was semigloss that was with purpose to show the wood quality.

Потому что мне пришлось бы их выпрямлять. (Я не могу сделать это по-другому) Мне пришлось бы удалить много материала. Вот почему я хотел попробовать двухкомпонентный состав.

Well Done! This is an Odd Question And I'm Probably the Only Person Who Noticed it, but You used the word "Kitten" in one of Your Subtitles in both German and English. I used My Best TV Detective Skills to Figure out what You Meant but I couldn't find Anything. it's Probably a Typo. It would have been Funny if You had said "Kitten" and then pulled out an Actual Kitten!😁🐱😁

Schönes Video. Der Klavierhocker sieht klasse aus. Schade, dachte das wieder ein Leder mit Muster eingesetzt wird (zu sehen bei Min. 03:19). So ähnlich sieht auch der Hocker aus, der in meinen Bestand ist. Gibt es eigentlich ein Buch über Klavierhocker und wie man evtl. das alter davon rausbekommen kann?

Auf einem ähnlichen Hocker mußte ich als Kind beim Frisör sitzen. Ich mochte den Hocker da nicht.😂 Heute habe ich in meinem Bastel Zimmer die moderne Version. Hebelchen rauf, Hebelchen runter. Dein restaurierten würde ich nicht als Funktionsmöbel nutzen,sonder nur zu Deko Zwecken. LG

Bei der Montage von Schrauben drehe ich nach dem aufsetzen der Schraube immer erst einmal nach links bis ein leichtes knacken ertönt. Das hat den Vorteil das die Schraube wieder in genau der selben Führung im Loch verschwindet anstatt sich neu einzufressen. Keine Ahnung ob Irrglaube oder nicht aber bis dato fand ich den halt der Schraube so immer besser.

Any recommendations where to buy products for hobby restoration in Europe/Germany? I am an American in Leipzig and want to work on some flea markets finds, but having trouble finding where to get veneers, wood fillers, etc. Hornbach, OBI, and Toom have let me down! Трудно назвать мастера хорошим. Зачем нужен был этот цирк с отдиранием кожи с лицевой стороны, когда это прекрасно можно было сделать после разборки, как потом и было доделано? В два приёма то, что делается в один - это признак плохого мастера. Недостающий вылепленные элемент не доведён до правильной формы - он выпирает, а окрашенный табурет, в конечном счёте, выглядит пёстрым. Да и кожу на сиденье наложил так, что из обрезков по кругу кошелёк сшить можно было бы, наложи он её рационально. Я бы свою мебель ему не доверил. Треска, не более. :-)

Потому что это все еще KZbin, и люди смотрят его только тогда, когда видео интересное. Не знаю, что вы видели, но передо мной стоит темно-коричневый табурет. Не разноцветный. Кожа все равно осталась. Я сижу в брюках. Очень милое заявление. Входит в мой список лучших комментариев 😀👍
