Procnias albus or white bellbird is known as the loudest bird in the world with the male's extremely loud call to impress the females.

The cotingas are a large family, Cotingidae, of suboscine passerine birds found in Central America and tropical South America.
They are birds of forests or forest edges that primarily feed on fruits, making them important seed dispersal agents in the areas where they live.
In cotinga species where only the females care for the eggs and young, the males have striking courtship displays, often grouped together in leks.
Such sexual selection results in the males of these species, including the Guianan cock-of-the-rock, being brightly coloured,
or decorated with plumes or wattles, like the umbrellabirds, with their umbrella-like crest and long throat wattles.
But among all the birds within this family, one species stands out from the rest.
Procnias albus. Or commonly known as, the white bellbird.
