I would ask your doctor about the tea. I see some comments saying it’s safe and not caffeinated and some say it is but just drink a little. And some say don’t drink it at all! So I’d get a doctors opinion for sure.

Maura Sieber I agree with you on this one because every Drs opinion is different and every patient is different.....Green Tea IS NOT an herbal tea but it does contain less than coffee, so most Drs will say one or two cups a day is fine....However Rachelle is a high-risk and I would def. recommend her speaking with the high-risk ob about it

I’m a wildland firefighter and we are gone for two weeks at a time and home for two days and then usually gone again for 14 and we do that from May to October usually if not longer depending of what state you live in.
