when they played this song Live in Milwaukee the other night, They asked us to take our cell phones out during the last chorus, and call someone we were standing next to and put our cell phones on speaker phone next to each other. We were all confused at first, but we were all taken by surprise when it made the most hypnotic sound ever, and went along with the song in such a great way. These guys are beyond amazing.

What a band....only stumbled over them last year...........dunno what to say actually............a mixture of 60's sounds, 70's folk, oooh I think they are sooooo good

I love this for it's simplicity and depth lyrically...of a moment in time, it's musical execution, it's perfect vocals and the ingenious, musical use of 21st century gadgetry. Two cell phones...ha ha...Thanks!!

you know what... enough of bashing whats bad...because i have done it. the 'music' that is terrible these days can just carry on being shit (not going to mention names) but these guys.....just fill me with such elevation and emotion it is unbelievable. i cannot wait to see them at glastonbury! x

why do you feel like you should copy and paste your comment on, like, half their songs??? there are things called genres, and some people like to play/listen to genres other than heavy metal, thank you very much. And this has tons of passion just folded in with it's rich sounds. And music wasn't born to annoy anybody. Its an art form that witholds beauty. so keep your snide comments to yourself, youtube has enough haters roming its videos.

They've got a lot more in common with Joe Henry than anyone else, I think. Not to say he influenced them... I think their style is their own. Very distinctive. But the lead singer's voice is similar, and the dark quality of the tone is, too. I could listen to them all day. In fact, some days I do. Wish I could find the first album somewhere... seems always unavailable.

these guys are major Tom Waits fetishists - substitute the growly voice with this dude's whispery tenor (or eerie falsetto) and the sensibility and arrangements and harmonies and instrumentation are pretty much the same as Waits. which is a good thing, don't get me wrong! good to see youngsters learnin from the masters!
