Thanks for watching! Deep water property has become a premium, if you don't mind being 20 minutes outside of town on St. Helena, you can find deep water with a dock just over $1ML. You can find something a bit less on "tidal creek" but then you have to watch the tides (8ft - 12ft tide swings) to ensure you can navigate the waterways. And a lot of people do this!

The more research I've done, the more I see muliple definitions for the Lowcountry. I now think those can be considered as well!

The lowcountry actually spans from Georgetown SC to Jacksonville FL. Not just Beaufort. Just had to clear that up.

The Lowcountry is Colleton, Beaufort, Hampton and Jasper Counties
