I thought 350 one finger forehand with one finger on rim and one on flight plate its way more accurate for me then the standard 2 finger

I Throw 1 finger forehands and I can reach up to 500 feet maximum. To each their own, I personally think 2 finger grip is extremely uncomfortable

If babcock (a professional player on the lead card at a major event) cant get his one finger flick to do anything good, then you cant either. Keep dreaming big guy
