The Dorch engineering HPFP is even more amazing. Came from the TU, not even mapped yet (on E) but with the bigger turbo combined with the Dorch stage 2 HPFP you get instant kick when you press it. Amazing

Stage 2 plus is maximum 480bhp on a standard turbo running 99oct. And with the OTS map from bootmod, you'll be lucky to achieve this figure without a custom map. Mine was only running at 435bhp

All cars including my m240i and my m140i have always made more than 450bhp on a stage 2 so definitely 460/70 is a good figure as a stage 2+ ethanol in the tank raises that so stay tuned! B58 is an animal!

I made 480.8 hp Stage 2 + on BM3 OTS at Surrey Rolling Road. The rolling road operator was surprised it did 480 he predicted 450 -470.

I tried bootmod3 with and without the HPFP by Dorch Engineering. Dyno figures: M240 LCI II 2020 stock: 374hp at cranck M240 LCI II Stage 2 no HPFP: 440hp at cranck M240 LCI II Stage 2 with HPFP: 510hp at cranck. 98 octane fuel

When I get older Im going to put turbo and stuff on my car becuase my dad doesnt do stuff on his car. He just buys sport cars and doesnt do anything so its boring. I remember when he had a sport mazda 6 and raced a ferrari and won.

I had both and I achieved more power with MHD 468hp to be exact bm3 was 439 so I would definitely recommend MHD over bm3 , and stock turbo should not go out if you do frequent oil changes

Love the energy Tim! Found your videos shortly after I got my 2017 M240i and have been following your tuning journey. This video is timely for me as I'm almost ready to fit a HPFP. Started with a stage 1, was happy with that until an M4 pulled on me and ended up fitting a Wagner DP and going BM3 stage 2 😆 As with any tuning you get used to it though... did you noticed a bigger difference between stage 1 and 2, or stage 2 and 2+? Thats what the thumbnail says mate, with a HPFP upgrade stage 2+ it’ll allow you to make 500bhp with some ethanol blends
