What brand of heavy cream is used please? I’m in the UK.

Hi! I’m in the US, so we use heavy cream which is 36% butter fat. In the UK, you can substitute with double cream which has 48% butter fat. Since the double cream is a little richer, I would do 1.5 cups of double cream and half a cup of milk. I looked on tesco and saw a brand named Tom Parker creamery double cream which looks to be liquid. You want a liquid version of double cream.

Hi! I’m doing great! Hope you are good yourself! Oh I ended up making 2 trays of the Mac n cheese! They didn’t last.. haha! I’m making salmon teriyaki tonight. I made a nice soup recipe yesterday that turned out so yummy and was devoured 😂 also made really tasty brownies that were so moist inside!! Instant hit and all gone 😂😂 I filmed both 🙃enjoy your evening!!

@@Lola-Jay Thanks! The fish was excellent with the buttery sauce. We made cod, but somehow I think cod is difficult to cook with. It gets so flakey and fall apart somehow very easily. Enjoy your dinner! Best wishes! 💚💚💚
