He has also been working with trainers specifically to improve Cadio. Are you saying an athlete cannot improve? These are 3 minute rounds with 1 minute in between, no Grappling, no kicking... only punches and movement. You think a 40 year is going to have more stamina than a 29 year old super athlete who has been putting long hours in training? I really like seeing Conor out there working out at high altitude. I sent Coach a Twitter a couple months before the first Diaz fight and told him Conor needed to get to Vegas way a head of the fight and train at high altitude. He did not and we saw what happened. Las Vegas is 2000 ft above sea level. That will affect a fighter that's used to being at sea level in Ireland. Going to Vegas early and training at high altitude (it's 5000-7000 ft above sea level in the foot hills outside Vegas) is the best thing they could do
