The way he’s stationary and stoic when everyone else is flailing and moving around. Looks so intimidating when he’s really putting effort into it, you can see glimpses of the hunger, the drive, that people say is gone. Let’s hope he has this level of intensity going into the Chandler fight

First of all, as a coach, I'm not so sure he has lived up to his end of the bargain- missing weigh ins etc. Second, for a guy who is not known for his cardio, almost the opposite- explosiveness- as a student of his, I'd be questioning how much I can take from him in that regard. Although, literally, as I'm typing this I've realised the bike/exercise is predominantly focused on building explosivity with those short bursts- not so much endurance cardio- which Conor is known for, so never mind. In this exclusive behind-the-scenes footage from "The Ultimate Fighter," we catch a glimpse of Conor McGregor preparing for his next fight in a rather unconventional way. The cameras pan to McGregor, sporting his signature swagger, sitting on a workout bike, determined to break a sweat. As the intense music starts playing, McGregor starts pedaling with all his might, giving it his absolute best. But something seems a bit off. You see, McGregor, being the competitive spirit that he is, treats every task like it's a battle for the ages. So, naturally, he begins trash-talking the workout bike. "Come on, ya little two-wheeled wimp! I'll knock ya out in the first round!" McGregor bellows, his voice echoing through the gym. The other fighters exchange bewildered glances as they try to focus on their own workouts. Undeterred, McGregor keeps up his taunting. "You think you're fit? You think you're tough? Well, guess what, bike? I'm the king of cardio! No one can outcycle me!" As McGregor continues his workout, the camera cuts to his coach, who tries his best to keep a straight face. "Conor, it's just a bike, mate. Take it easy," he says, struggling not to burst into laughter. But McGregor is on a roll, or rather, on a ride. He ramps up the resistance, huffing and puffing as if he's climbing Mount Everest. "I'm training for a 12-round fight, and this bike is gonna feel every second of it! You hear me? Every second!" The workout bike, silently enduring McGregor's verbal onslaught, doesn't offer any rebuttals. It's clear that this two-wheeled contraption has gotten under the fighter's skin, even if it doesn't have any skin to begin with. Finally, after what feels like an eternity of McGregor's banter, the workout session ends. McGregor dismounts the bike triumphantly, his face red and glistening with sweat. He raises his arms in victory, shouting, "I am the champion of the stationary world!" The other fighters, unable to contain themselves any longer, burst into laughter. McGregor joins in, realizing the absurdity of his intense workout showdown with a humble exercise bike. And that, my friends, is how Conor McGregor turned an ordinary workout into a legendary battle against an unsuspecting two-wheeled opponent. Truly, in the world of MMA, anything can happen-even a fighter's feisty encounter with gym equipment.

The point you're all trying to make is yes, McGregor is struggling to bring his heart rate down compared to the other man, but Conor exerted himself more in power generared. Growth hormones can speed up the appearance of aging also.
