There are some games like this where the RB rotation should really start in the 2nd quarter. Maier didn't look particularly bad, but 10 carries for 23 yards is still a rough start. He's not enough of a bruising "wear down the defense" type of back to keep going with him. Even if it's more on the OLine, he may still benefit from an earlier break.

When he's getting shut down earlier, harms should be getting touches for his power. Harms can wear down the defense in the 2nd and 3rd and then maier could slip back in early 3rd/4th and dominate

Yeah, you should give up on Gostkowski. If the CPU is outpacing you on influence and ahead of you then there's no chance to win the recruit. Until you get the pipeline boosts in the talent tree, you're probably not going to see come from behind recruiting wins against schools that are actively recruiting those players.

Few things: 1. You’re getting a lot better playing with Ogbonna. 2. Running game with Maier just isn’t working. He needs to be running downhill more. Bloom also needs more touches but you’re doing a good job getting him on routes out the backfield. 3. Unpopular opinion,but may have to look at benching Boffeli. Carmona or Spencer Jordan should start splitting snaps with him in the slot. Those two touchdowns could be the game later in the season.

Harms is going to end the season as the teams most efficient rusher. Also this should be the blueprint for the season, 3 headed rb room if Maier can’t get going early. Need more emphasis on the pass game, the playmakers are just too good in the MAC to be set aside

I have started forcing transfers for starter level players going into sophomore or junior year that get beat out by younger players the previous season. Feels realistic and makes off seasons more interesting

I think you said in the last game you had more fun playing after the last ea update. I agree. The game is playing really well on the matt10 sliders after that last update. I am having a lot of fun with it. Before cpu passing was kind of OP (not as bad as it was 3 months ago though) and the cpu run game was nonexistent. What is your injury and fatigue settings at because seems like you are showing wear and tear between games. Which I rarely see

Good all-around game, but those long TDs given up making the final score look closer than it actually was...gotta clean that up. We don't need any more 4th quarter collapses like you had routinely in the first 4 seasons of the dynasty.

As long as the offensive line comes to play every game the run game will eventually be consistent Maier has too much talent not to get it going at some point good thing Trejo & McNabb provide the team with speed so if the run game is not effective the pass game can pick up the slack all things considered the team goal is to win the MAC

I really like those full house pistol formations; getting extra blockers on the field will help you open up the run and there are some nice RPO options out of those sets, too. The TE screen has to come out of the playbook, though-- you simply don't have the personnel for it. Cajuste, for all his flaws, had a sneaky bit of speed, but Scarborough and Ebikete just don't have the athleticism to do anything in space. With some regression at the skill positions this year, you might have to play a more smashmouth style of ball to win. You've got a solid defense and an interesting RB committee to lean on. That might make David Ogbonna unhappy, sure... but are you playing to make guys happy, or to win a title?

One thing I've noticed in CFB25 is TE's kind of struggle. They cap fairly early and play is sporadic. Could explain the weird TE turnovers

@ eventually yeah, their overalls shoot up in the offseason because receiving ratings boost overall more than blocking ratings and they tend to upgrade receiving skills. Their speed is never great though

This series is getting kind of boring moving so slow. Most plays feel like a waste of time to watch. The jaguars, on the other hand, is always dynamic and interesting, feels like something meaningful is happening often enough to be worth watching the whole video.

You might not like the pace of these kinds of series vs the second channel. Here I play every game, and try to have the experience feel closer to a full game. Not every play is included, but enough to really show the kind of game it was.
