Şu güzelim videoya 10 yılda sadece 213 beğeni mi? Yazık. Şarkı, sözlerini anlamasam da muhtemelen acı bir hikayeyi anlatan bir ağıt. Folklorik kıyafetlere ise bayıldım. Biz Türklerin ninelerinin giydiği kıyafetleri ne çok andırıyor. O kıyafetler, ortak bir Balkan kültürü olduğunu da hatırlatıyor. What I understood from the song is that there was a girl Manolka, who was so beautiful, a rich man from 10 villages away learnt about her. This man was very rich and wanted to marry her. Her parents were ready to give her, but she didn't want to marry him because he was a drunkard.

The song tells the story of the beautiful maiden Manolka. A very rich man called Parvan heard about her beauty and sent people to ask for her hand. They visited her home three times. Her parents were happy with his offer but every time the young lady refused. She told her mother that she would never marry this man, because he is an awful drunkard.
