This is misleading,,,,Written measurement on the ingredients does not coincide with the actual measurement. Like for example, the beef marinade - pepper 1/2 tsp; soy sauce 1/2 tsp, corn starch 1/2 tsp. The actual marinade is more than these. Do you want your viewers to learn or not.

I tried this tonight but I replaced the hawthorn candies by dried cranberries, dried rosebuds and Korean pear to imitate the taste... And WOW! It cames out absolutely divine!!! I also added a pinch of smoked algerian red chili... Delicious! Thank you sooooo much for this video ❤️

While you're preparing the sauce, your fried chicken has gone mushy. I'm sure you would normally prepared the sauce ahead of the chicken. BTW, frying at less than 300 degrees Fahrenheit won't work, the batter will be like marshmallows, near 400 degrees is better. Last but not least, if you're not using self rising flour, you need to prep the batter at least 24 hr in advance of frying, and you will need to adjust it to get it to work properly. Yes, the batter is what's going to make or kill this dish. It's an art. 😊😊😊
