@@gurjeet429 I believe since all fiber comes from the plant kingdom, all plant( vegetables, fruits, herbs) fiber has soluble and insoluble fiber. The soluble is the kind that can get Inside the arteries themselves. Insoluble fiber helps with bulk, pushing out the colon. You can buy psyllium like Doctor here Says. I believe with all the bad things in our diet today, we need to fight back with direct items like psyllium to help counteract the things we put in our body because our taste buds trick us into eating. As expected with my keto diet, my bad cholesterol went up, too high for comfort. The doctor prescribed a statin, so off I went to search for a non-med way to lower the bad cholesterol. I knew this would be the place for an answer.

This I drink with green tea. 2 weeks before my check lab work I did it once at night; now drinking more on a daily 🙃 my numbers were at stroke & ❤ attack levels. Family history. In short span of time, awesome results. I came off statins due to leg cramps 😫. My goal 67 year female No meds. I take thyroid med once a day. Taste is a chocolate add organic honey if needed. Bless you.
