I did this last night before bed. My dog sleeps on the edge of my bed. She barks when she needs to go outside. Husband was watching TV and had to come in and get the dog at midnight because I did not hear her barking. This never happens! I suffer from insomnia and waking up all night long. My husband said I was sleeping so deep I looked dead.lol!! You can bet I am doing this again tonight ! Ty Dr Mandell!!!!

After watching this and reading comments, I felt everyone was just hyping it… I’m here to share my testimony… I’ve been battling with insomnia, I stumbled on this video and tried it out and I can honestly tell you I slept for 6 hours straight!!! Before this time, I was finding it hard to sleep for 4 days…God bless you doctor🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I usually wake up after 4 or 5 hours of sleep and it takes about 2 hours to go back to sleep. Last night I applied this when I went to bed and fell asleep immediately (which I never do). I did wake up at 1:30 and immediately did it again. I feel asleep so easily! Actually got a full 8 hours of sleep. Thanks Doc. I will be doing this every night!

​@@SC-gp7ktIn normal sleep the exhalation is twice the inhalation time. This goes out of sync when doing shallow breathing due to stress. It's extremely difficult to fix insomnia unless you learn slow and deep breathing during daytime. This will fine tune your breathing in sleep as well. Remember that slow and deep breathing relaxes the muscles and nervous system which is a pre-requisite for sleep.

Thank you again. For those, who are uncertain about touching an acu point; there is a special sensation. It is slightly electrical, a little bit of a pain, pulsating kind of ache. When you are not touching an acu point, there is no such sensation.

The answer is here😩 3 months suffered of anxiety and a lots of medication to take but this could be the answer or technique on how to handle it... Really, it has been late but this video helps me a lot as I go beyond fighting about my self medication. God send you Dr. Mandel. God bless you♥️🙏

Hola Doctor Mandel I just tried the first two points and I felt like I chugged the whole bottle of NyQuil...I’m sitting on the edge of the bed and ready to do it again...what an amazing technique I recommend to anybody watching this video is going to feel weird but is the feeling of sleeping 😴 like you are very tired 💤...sweet dreams y’all!!

Oh my word. I have been using EFT Tapping for years now, and also followed Donna Eden too, but I've never used the points in this combination. Surprised at how my sinuses opened up. Doc, you are quite magical, in my humble opinion. And after watching another video this morning, which just "happened to pop up in my feed" I am about to nip out and buy some Hydrogen Peroxide to sort out my ears... 🤗💫🧙‍♂️

I Fall Asleep For 2 Hours - Then Difficult Getting Back - I Came Across Your Video Last Night & Followed Instructions. It Took Awhile & Then I Guess I Fell Asleep. Woke Up 7 Hours Later. what kind of sorcery is this? I was just going through the motions, but 5 seconds into putting pressure on the sternum, the back of my head starts tingling, sinus cleared right now, and felt a warmness throughout the body. absolutely mind blown.

Practice yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. Avoid looking at your clock. Avoid naps during the day. Watch what and when you eat.👍

I live in a place where you have to black out your windows during certain months in order to sleep. I just tried this exercise and honest to God, I got a rush and felt immediately more relaxed. I'll be doing this every night now. I wonder if a person can build a tolerance to this method? I sure hope not! Greetings from Alaska.

I love Dr. Mandell's videos ~ very informative and helpful in suggesting natural techniques for a wide range of health issues. So at first I chalked this up to the old elementary school trick were sally pinch's the palm of your hand and then gives you the sensation that she is pulling a thread out. But I did the Sinus and still had the clear sensation after 40 minutes. I have always used the spot between my brows to try to help with a migraine. This combination gave me a less tense feeling and especially in the back of my arms. and fingers. I have a hard time with believing stuff like this, but so far you have my attention. And thanks for helping with the headache.
