14 oz can condensed milk 1.5 cold cps water 5.1 oz banana or vanilla pudding Stir til combined Cover w/plastic wrap refrigerate 6-24 hrs. Place a lge bowl in the freezer for homeade whipped cream Put heavy whipping cream into cold bowl Add 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 cp powdered sugar Whip together Fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture Set aside Place your bananas & cookies into a pan Top w/ pudding/whipped cream mixture on top Layer more cookies & bananas Cover w/more whipped topping Chill 6 hrs-overnight 😉

you should have stirred the banana pudding before adding whipped cream. it would have been easy to incorporate. whipping the cream for a long time gives the cream a fatty buttery taste.

I made this recipe several times and normally put in refrigerator about 10-15 minutes then fold in whipping cream! Turns out perfect!

Yes! I am here for this, one of my favorite desserts. Family members request that I make it, so I make it often. As you did for a large family serving I use the Nilla wafers, however, if I making a smaller portion, I will use the Chessman butter cookies and add Carmel sauce. I have found no matter which way you make it, you can't go wrong. Thank You for sharing!

Thank you for taking an interest in my recipe… between each layer after the custard I take a bottle of Carmel sauce and let your heart lead you to how much you want to put on… and I continue to build the layers with the last layer being crushed cookies with Carmel sauce mixed together… Few chessmen also on top for decorating!

Soult that word is Magnolia it's a little city little city in Arkansas my mother used to work at the restaurant the restaurant was called coachman's Inn and she still makes that banana pudding to this day she lives in Alaska now but it is good That was back in the 1970s I live here in California and she moved to Alaska Misty I didn't want to speak to you about that flower season you have grilled you need to start putting that in 5 pound bags

That recipe is to complicated I make the easiest banana pudding ever, I also use box instant pudding but I use as the recipe bdays to use 2 cups of milk and from start to finish maybe 5 min and people say it's the best they ever had I make it only twice a year

i looked up the recipe from the magnolia bakery and it says to use vanilla pudding....so soulft did the right thing using the vanilla pudding, but she referred to it as banana.....

Too many steps n too much work n time. There is an easier banana pudding with just six ingredients that is also a sell out n dynamic taste. Eagle brand condensed milk on can, carnation milk one can, banana cream flavor instant pudding one package, one carton of whipped cream, 4 to 6 bananas and one box of vanilla wafers. Mix together at one time as you would ordinary layered banana pudding. No over night, really ready to eat. However the colder it gets the better.

I had made this around Easter of this year as I love bananas. Followed the bakeries recipe to a "t". It turned out perfect but I just didn't care for it. Hope your family liked it.
