By the end I understood what you meant by "pumping to fill the pen." That just looks like a vacuum filler to me, I thought. When you actually demonstrated the button pressing, "pumping" mechanic to fill the pen I was blown away. That looked so much easier and better than a typical vacuum, which I can never get more than 1/3 the way full. Thanks so much for this video!

Basically a barrel filler with the Pilot CON-70 mechanism. I’m curious if the grip section unscrews, otherwise cleaning could be a pain. Also without a proper shutoff valve, I’m curious if you see burping during longer writing sessions?

One of the items I forgot in my review is to remove that nib to see if the chamber can be cleaned that way. As to burping, we shall see, but in my other moon man C series, pens there’s very little leakage and burping.

It's a very different pen from the V1 and has a lot of interesting features to consider!

Thank you for this review. I saw this on Etsy and just received it. The filling system reminds me of the Pilot CON-70. My only concern at this moment is cleaning the ink chamber. It looks like it will require numerous pumps to clean out the barrel, nib and feed. But I am looking forward to using it. Glad the nib works well.

The nib unit unscrews, it will make the nib cleaning and barrel cleaning easier.

The filling system is surprising - much better than the vacuum mechanisms I've seen. I just checked AE and it seems it only comes with the gold trim. Really wish there was an all silver version. Maybe coming soon.

If you're liking light blue inks; do you have Iroshizuku Ama-Iro? It's a nice, sky blue. I have to admit, your writing sample is altering my opinion on this pen.

Yes, I have that Ink and I must say the nib is really smooth, but like all Moonman nibs it’s sometimes hit and miss

Davvero, questa cosa è incredibilmente brutta. Such a clumsy design. The Chinese copy brains have obviously been reset to factory settings. Version 1 with zero aesthetics but a lot of cheap gold paint and an absurdly stubby clip on a bulky and fat pen.
