The Make and Break Returns to Battle Harbour

I'm pretty sure make and break engines are the same as what the old-timers in these parts called "hit and miss" engines. I've only seen stationary ones; it's good to see them on the sea. Thumbs up!

I'm 44. I've went for many jigging trips as a kid in one of these type boats with a make n break. They had faith in those engines.. Great footage BTW..I'm liking ur channel!

My Grandfather Fred Williams made his living fishing near Battle Harbour in boats built by himself and powered with make and break engines. Great video, Thanks for sharing. Love the aerial shots and Battle Harbour.
