As a younger cameraman and producer, I had the pleasure of working with Ian Thorpe from the age of 16, and his coach Doug Frost. Ian was breaking age record after record, and his star was rising. My job for two years, was to document Ian's progress, and find out what it was Doug Frost was getting so right in training and swimming philosophy. Here is their story....
