Rolling Along amazing. Whole album is fantastic. Truly the best so far from The Longest Johns. How does Dave look great in every single video? Meanwhile JD looks like he hasn't slept in a couple of weeks Edit: Not bashing on JD, I'm sure he works his ass off and this is one of the first times I've seen him outside of some public appearance.

I loved this album! Nantucket is such a great original song. Hog Eye Man and Rolling Along are so fun. Hard Times is a classic. That cool upright bass with the skeleton painted on and skull on top was so badass Pirate!

This is thoroughly adequate! I love being able to see the processes you do, writing, improvising, creating. I'd watch an hour-long documentary, actually. And I do love Andy playing JD's bass. Dave's trumpet, not so much.

It's so cool hearing all the individual parts !! Everything sounded amazing. Especially the fiddle! (Also, I've been wondering how Andy did Johnny Come Down To Hilo b/c he practically yells it, but apparently he is... very calm still. Love it :'D)

This album has ruined other music for me lads, just like y'all to know that. I've listened to nothing else since release. Nantucket has swiftly become my favourite song/shanty - closely followed by the Hammer and Anvil but every song is marvelous. Can't wait to sing Rolling Along in a crowd or group. All that to say, Adequate lads, another corker!

It is an "inside" joke amongst the fans from something that was said in an early stream. Someone in the band said something self deprecating like "we strive to be adequate" and so now fans shout (or type) "Adequate!" when they enjoy what the band is doing.
