Tanks would be easily fall into ditch and tunnel holes. However, having tanks would kill more arachnids before being destroyed or damaged. Had they hired Paul Verhoeven allocating bigger budget for Starship Troopers 2 with the original casts, it would have mechs, marauder exosuits, gunships, fighter bombers, robots like Starship Troopers Roughnecks Chronicles directed by Paul Verhoeven

So that Starship Troopers fans could gather and chat in comment section apart from hoping the response will make the company that made ST1 to create proper Starship Troopers 2 sequel overwriting the 2 poorly done sequels. Most of the cast from ST1 can still make a comeback, those who KIA such as Dizzy can be cloned. The remake Starship Troopers 2 sequel will take place decades later after ST1 where Rico, Carmen, Dizzy, Catl are in their 50's now
