Episode 1 was literally one of the first videos I ever watched when I discovered KZbin. I’ve been following this series since I was seven years old, and now I’m eighteen. Forget thanking us, I thank YOU for creating a massive part of my childhood. The amount joy I felt whenever I saw a new episode in my sub feed from when I knew what it is to the end of the show was spectacular. I’m so glad that this even happened and I will always remember it. It’s because of you that I want to be a KZbinr and it’s because of your series that I’m currently working on my own Sonic fan project that I hope reaches this level. Thank you so much for everything that you and your series has done for my life and I hope the end of it doesn’t mean the end of your time KZbin. You’re awesome, and keep on being you.

Knowing that someone else spends an insane amount of time cropping characters from backgrounds is oddly validating. Also, I came here to pay my respects. Sonic stop motion channels are what made me want to animate when I was a kid. So thank you for your service.

Damn, it’s been 5 years already since this series came to an end. It’s kinda crazy to think about, but they say “time flies” for a reason. Though I’m immensely late, thanks for being apart of my childhood, watching SSMA made me joyful, thrilled and inspired, feelings I am beginning to grow further apart from currently, but hey, it’s good to remember who you once were.

Hey Piplupfan77, it's me one of the winners from the competition, and I just want to say Thank you. Thank you for building people's childhoods, thank you for inspiring others to do things that they think they can't do, thank you for bringing something new to the table of the sonic fanbase as a whole. You have effected peoples lives with your stories, the stories that you made from your own mind, it takes a lot of creativity to make such a long series for so many years. You've even inspired me to make my own sonic series, it may not be stop motion, but it still effects me as a whole since you've been such an great inspiration to me just like the original creator of sonic. Once again, all I have to say is 'Thank You'. -Just K&J

Piplup, Steven, whatever you would like us fans to call you, I just want to say thanks. Thanks for making such an awesome series. The ending of this video genuinely made me cry. I usually dont cry over YT vids but this one was special. You are awesome. You made part of my childhood great. Me and my brother would watch your vids all the time back in the early 2010's. He has since moved on from Sonic, but I have stuck around, and Im glad I did. Im glad I did because I got to experience this great series. You are a prime example of the greatness from the Sonic the Hedgehog Fandom. You took your own time to create something for people to watch and enjoy and asked for nothing back but for people to watch. We can all learn a thing or two from you man. Once again, thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

It's crazy yet commendable how much work you put into those last few episodes. I got super lazy just thinking about all the editing you talked about. I hope the new generation can watch this doc and be encouraged to continue this craft.

I know I said this after I watched the series finale, but I want to give you my sincere thank you Steven. After almost ten long years of making Sonic stop motion videos you have poured out your heart and soul into making this series. I will be completely honest I didn't know about your KZbin channel or your series when it first started up until 2013 and I didn't start watching the series until one day in early 2018 I decided, "sure I'll take a look at it". So I did and I loved it instantly, it was such a good show from beginning to end you improved so much after all these years. I enjoyed watching every single second of your show and I seriously cannot wait for the season uploads to be on KZbin. I'm so glad that you put so much time into making this project, I'm also glad you're able to rest easy for now. I hope you'll go far in life Steve and create something original. Thank you so much.

You are such an inspiration. Your work is amazing! It’s really motivated me to keep working on my own stop motions. I haven’t been watching your very long ,only have watched it twice, once like 3 years ago and once again now. Despite that, your show was always in the back of my mind, and I would find myself randomly remembering scenes and laughing cuz of the humor, or just remembering how awesome the scenes were. Both times when I’ve finished the series I’ve felt sad, knowing it doesn’t continue, but also happy, knowing that I can just go back and watch it and learn things about animating even if it isn’t through a tutorial. It was really cool watching this and sorta finally getting that tutorial that I had been waiting for. And the ending of this video was amazing! I genuinely felt tears coming up as I watched it, seeing someone be so passionate about something. I’m planning to make my own (not quite as long) sonic series so I will definitely re watch this to find inspiration and have something to watch while creating. Thank you for putting the effort and time into making this, and I hope your doing well!

God... what a fantastic video to end off. It gave a lot of tips and tricks that not only were helpful for you, but many others who want to do this type of stuff. But the end has got to be the best part. So inspiring and full of heart, it may have sounded cliché, but it was the spirit which made it 100x more meaningful. I wanna say thank you so much for doing this entire series, this is pretty much my first time putting a comment here since I never know what to say xP I remember starting off a few episodes in (yes, the very first) this was when I loved watching stop motion animations and tried to watch as much as possible. Sadly, I kinda forgot about it because school was coming more an more into my life, it was getting stressful too. It was until I found a newer video popped up and memories came back to me, except it kept up with how awesome I always thought these shows were because of your growing skills with stop motion! Ever since that, I always watched any new episodes that came out or even older ones to keep myself occupied. Im so happy to hear that you came over hard obstacles that came your way as well as learning from them! And I will keep in mind that message at the end of this video. Thank you so much for going all this way to create such a great series, I hope the best coming your way from now on :)

I'm sorry it took me so long but.. damn Steven. I've gotta say that video of you shooting the last frame made me emotional. It really is a metaphor for how the things we do in our process that feel small can snowball into landmarks in our lives. As well, I think I had a lot of questions answered and a ton of surprises with your editing process especially! From the sound to the images, nothing is untouched and I'm in awe again of how the little touches stack up from what you've learned over the years. Most of all, you're right in that everyone who makes a start is already a creator, and those are words more people need to hear. I'm really happy that you were able to realize what you envisioned for SSMA *and* that it was able to let you reach into yourself and see a way forth from it into what I hope is your next creative stage. It's a real achievement to tie the bow neatly and we're real proud. For sure, people won't forget the mark you've made on KZbin and the Sonic community, and with this project, much of it is laid bare for future admirers to take notes. Thank you.

I haven't been with this series long, but I love it. It's amazing to see your improvements in the series. Even though sonic stop motion adventures is over, there is always room for more projects!
