Oyster omelletes are supposed to be gooey. That's why it is an acquired taste to some cause some people hate the goo and some love it. Its very popular in China and Taiwan and you can get it in Binondo.

I think those flowers are hydrangeas. I have a friend that grows ‘em. If you play with the soil’s pH...the more alkaline, the blooms will become more pink...acidic soils will bring about more blue (or is it the other way around 🤔) Hydrangeas are fun to grow & yield beautiful blooms.

Mikey, there is a real blue violet color flower like that in the Philippines. They dont dye that flower. I think it is called Hydrengas if I may not mistaken
