I was cyan (air). It was a miserable game. I dealt with one air player and bombed the geo but i didnt predict a big red air wave so i traded for most of my own base.

It is known for a fact that BAR uses DECADES-old maps. Some of the maps are almost 30 years old, if not already are.

​@@avmlaa6639 yeah almost... give it 2 more years for the big 3X, since Total Annihilation the grandaddy of this RTS bloodline came out in '97 and many of the maps are indeed TA remakes. Seton was pretty much expected to show up as a regular here. What I LOLd pretty hard at a couple of years back is when I stumbled upon a Seton remake in Mental Omega (C&C Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge legendary mod)

Platypus? really? I feel bad for these guys, in TA they were baller but in BAR they're a waste of metal. Shot down easily, barely any Dps/HP compared to what they deal with, only real benefit is fast anti-air but your buddy should have fighters up long before you build a single platypus for that. Spend your metal on literally anything else and you're better off. Shame, the pelicans they were based on were baller but these guys are suuuuper weak. =(

@@8-7-styx94 they are a raider, not a stand-up fighter. If they were stronger they'd be able to punch through navies and clear shore defences, but their role is more about avoiding navies and making landfall at unexpected places and ripping apart soft bases, or perching beneath an unsuspecting air wall and picking it apart.
