There cannot be an opinion as to what genocide is. There is a definition as clear as the definition of what a chair is. Cenk says it is and Ben says it isn't is nonsense, and reduces the debate to a mockery. Only one side is committing genocide while the other is going above and beyond the requirements of war (even putting its own soldiers in danger) to avoid collateral damage under unimaginably difficult circumstances to eliminate the threat.

It got tense near the end there. Ben was just stating arguments made by other progressives, he doesn't personally believe them. Kinda surprised by their reaction to just the mention of it. I like Ben because Ben is not afraid to talk to people who are on the other side of him but I feel these women are surrounded and only interact with people that think like them and get tense when any words that are contrarian are spoken.

Am a bit late to this but I'm an ex tyt subscriber. Ana and the Zionist presenter (is it Ben? can't remember his name) are the main reasons. Cenk trying to justify a Zionist apologist being ok on air was not cutting it for me in light of outright genocide in progress. I still listen to rebel reports and sports because it’s usually reporting on race in US culture. Ana is unprofessional imo and always has been. She often can't read her copy and Cenk has to gently correct her. She's also really sloppy in her news sources (US ABC or wherever) and often has to do corrections a day or two later. I don't like to pile on with such criticisms but I don't find her Hawaiian sundresses especially appropriate for onscreen dress day in day out. Every day is a different matter to at times. But that's a minor point relatively, it's more the anti professional behaviour that bothers me. I feel as if Ana has missed out on a big chunk of education about the structural reasons why things don't change in capitalism. Her unwillingness to apply structural analysis to homelessness is really poor form. Does she just go home and cuddle her dog? I never have the sense she reads books and extends her knowledge. She just seems to be an empty vessel who leaves Cenk hanging awkwardly a lot. I subscribed from Australia for years (a big sacrifice in Aussie dollars) and concluded my sub earlier this year because of Ana and the Zionist guy.
