On behalf of all of us old timers who've been in the radio hobby for 50-plus years, I thank you, Mr. BBi, for these fabulous interviews. You, along with those you've interviewed, have made a major contribution to preserving the rich history of CB/11 meters. Simply excellent. I can hardly wait to see what comes next! Keep up the good work.

The first breaks I went to in the 90's and met all these folks I listened to and talked to on the radio was a very pleasant surprise. They all have a good-hearted competitive spirit. Good as gold folks, loved the costumes and all the antics at the breaks too, was a lot of fun and entertaining.

Sir, this is the bees knees right here. Thanks for taking the time to do this. This is important and nothing but thumbs up from me. Can’t say thanks enough for taking time out of your schedule to give back to the community and have this documented. Such incredible stuff right here man. This stuff is almost available nowhere else. Everyone needs to take time out of their day to put the microphone down, stop talking, and just listen to these legends.

766 has the strongest signal I've ever seen into Sydney Australia a true 30+ back in 1990 and I was only using stock mobile radio and a 1/2 wave antenna listening from home, I happened to be recording on cassette at the time. He was saying " look at that DB, look at that DB that I'm putting out,I am the king the big man,big man Northern Cal got down!" He is the boss of all bosses that's for sure.

Awesome interview , when I had my shop near Baton Rouge , Louisiana Ole Corn Shucker would come by shop in his mobile unit , man he would get down in that old Delta 225 with those hopped up alternators , pushing the juice to all them batteries and his amps in his trunk...... That was back in 1993 or 94 .....He would not let anyone but me work on his radios ..... That was a highly respected man in the BR La. area ...... He could key down on people in his mobile and shut em up.....

My same scenario I started with a 15$ flea market Midland 23 channel basic CB on a car battery in my room and a A-99 everyone keyed on me and was a dick about it so I bought a A/C base rig and a few power supplys and a 2 pill then a 1 x 4 jacked my antenna up and so on and on thats how it starts they key on us and we pump our junk up it's a great hobby.
