I absolutely adore this story, something about it. And King is my all time favorite author, I actually have a project in works using this story. So I've listened and read it a lot, when I found this audio of it I was very happy. I love your reading of it, your voice is amazing. I've listened to this video maybe a few dozen times at this point. Keep up the great work and please keep doing Stephen King stories, your reading of Boogeyman was also Phenomenal

'Thank you' doesn't seem to suffice. Or perhaps - which is much more likely - you are saying that you've listened to dozens of different versions but especially enjoy mine? If so, I thank you very much and sincerely appreciate such high praise). I also am a big fan of Stephen King's. Such a wonderful storyteller. I wasn't born for years after 1963. My oldest sister was barely born. Less than a month old. My 'Schwiegermutter' (mother-in-law) had just turned 13 in May of 1963.

Hi Dan. Night Shift is actually what got me hooked on Stephen King, and I too love it all. "The Boogeyman" is a truly wonderful story; I haven't done it yet but will absolutely do so. I just have to decide what to do about that one problematic word within the tale. I'll probably leave it in (I hate to edit text, and only do so when completely necessary) and put an advisory at the beginning.
