Just to bring this important point up to date, summer 2021…I want to be the sound engineer who turns the music volume up and down between Steve Lamaq’s short bursts of phraseology, every afternoon on BBCR6M. As I’m not, yet, that sound engineer, just a listener without the slidy buttons at MY fingertips, I never am sure what to give my attention to. The music, which is more interesting than the words? Orthe words which may make sense if they were not holed and punctured by the interesting music?
