@@John1873-- if you listen to Nirvana's version from Unplugged in New York, it happens at around 2 minutes and 48 seconds. It's actually a good example of someone making a mistake and pushing right past it and moving right along with the song. Kurt plays it so cool that many people don't notice it until it's pointed out. As for how it's been adapted into this version.....I don't know how Yoni pulled that off. But he did and it works unbelievably well in this version. But it's clearly something that he deliberately put in there.
