Best episode of Season 3 by far! Holy hell, this was glorious. Bringing back Elia Kane from my least favorite episode here really sets up something that is coming, and it's big. The entire Nevarro action sequence was incredible. It was like something out of a war movie. Every portion of that battle is like it could've been in a movie. That, in my opinion, is why streaming is a nice balance. The twists with Paz Vizsla agreeing to help Mando and The Armorer believing in Bo-Katan to lead Mandalore was something I didn't expect. The post-credit tease of who freed Moff Gideon is intriguing. Can't wait to see how the final 3 episodes of Season 3 play out. *This is the way*

The beskar alloy maybe a plant by the master manipulator Thrawn to lead the NR to think that the MAndos freed/took Gideon. He should know the culture of mistrust and suspicion from the clueless NR when faced against the Mandos. Gideon is just the patsy or the bait for Djin to be drawned into the drama, Grougo is the ultimate objective/Prize to be taken.annnnd it's Zeb alright. Confirmed in the credits with the VA that voice Zeb was credited, Also did ya notice that dave filoni, Debra chow, Rick famuya was in the forground talking and drinking when the camera panned to ZeB talking to Apa?.

My money's on the beskar being planted. Those New Republic guards didn't have any kind of firepower to pierce or break beskar, let's be real.

So the Mandos get the tract of land on Navaro now.. from lava flats to Bulloch Canyon...? Anyone else thinking that they named it in honor of the late English actor, Jeremy Bulloch...the original Boba Fett? Favreau and Feloni do a wonderful job of honoring the original films throughout...I'm sure this was a nod to the first man we ever saw in Mandalorian armor. :)

There were Mandalorians who supported Maul and then went on to support the Empire. I could easily see some of these continuing to support Gideon.

Dave Filoni is there in the Bar too. I just went back to look a Zeb and I saw a Guy in a Cowboy hat. Turned his head and Yeah, Dave was at the bar. I just looked again, ALL the Directors that are pilots in the show are there at the bar.

I definitely feel its possible that in her gathering of the Mandalorians - we'll see Bo find Sabine Wren, and that could be a nice transition into the Ahsoka show and Sabine as a character in live action. Just a thought

Dark troopers in Legends were beskar, not in the Mandalorian, season 2 Luke's lightsaber went through them too easy, no resistance.

@@CCFONESOL Imperial super commandos (Mandalorians loyal to the empire) did wear beskar and a squad of them could be operating under Thrawn, but i think its much more likely that its going to have something to do with Bo's former allies.

Congrats again on the baby. I think it's a girl. Good luck and take care. I enjoyed this episode and it was nice to see this group of Mandalorians being welcomed and given a place to call home. But now I'm incredibly worried for them. Either someone is framing the them...OR...some other group of Mandalorians took Moff...perhaps to extract their own punishment? I'm wondering if it's Bo-Katan's old crew. In eppy 1 she said they left her and now they're mercenaries. Either way...the New Republic is so lazy and ill-equipped, they're going to rush in and just assume it was the Mandalorians...and go after them. I'm also worried about Carson Teva. That shady chick knows he's suspicious of her. He's going to need to watch his back. And something tells me he may end up fighting for the Mandalorians against the New Republic. He knows they wouldn't have done this. I think I might be one of the few people who DOESN'T want to see the Mandalorians all remove their helmets. Yes, I agree...PP is handsome. That being said there is a BADASS-NESS and MYSTIQUE that comes with his helmet and his anonymity. And I think the impact is in the few, select moments when he chooses to show his face. Like IG-11 healing him or him getting Moff's coordinates. And let's not forget the precious moment when he said goodbye to Grogu. Those moments WOULD NOT have been as impactful for the audience if he was constantly walking around with his helmet off. So I'll be happy if the Mandalorians can come together with some removing their helmets and some choosing not to. I'm a Libra so I'm always going to think there's a balance to be found.😉 Lastly, did y'all catch Deborah Chow, Rick Famuyiwa and Dave Feloni in the scene at the New Republic bar? I think a lot of folks were focused on Zeb and missed those 3 cameos. 😀

Madison "instincts good you have" I agree the Night Owls are now working as mercenaries so I lean towards them as the ones that extracted Gideon. I wouldn't be surprised if Thrawn is behind this and the large number of Tie Interceptors we saw in episode 3.
