The Jedi who escape with grogu is Kelleran Beq, played by Ahmed Best, who originally played JarJar Binks. There was a time when his portrayal of JarJar Binks was received so negatively, he almost considered suicide. I’m glad he was able to overcome this and become Jedi master Kelleran Beq. Kelleran Beq first appearance was on KZbin’s kid show Jedi temple challenge. I don’t think it was meant as canon, but I’m glad they upgraded his character to canon Star Wars. Bullying is not ok.

When Ahmed Best plays Kelleran Beq a Jedi do that not mean we need JarJar Binks as a Sith too to balance the force? It is unfair to blame Jar Jar Binks on Ahmed Best. I think it was a good performance that likely was exactly what the winter and director of the The Phantom Menace wanted, that is George Lucas himself. It was not a bad prefomas as a Gungan, it is just the case that Gungan and Jar Jar in particular are annoying. Bad acting is somthgin a actor is responsible for but a bad character is the writer and directors responibility.

It wasn't just the character's negative reception(regardless of how unnecessary or unfounded it was) that drove him to that way of thinking, it was also the fans harassing and bullying him for playing the character. That said, it's great to see him back and as an awesome jedi character at that!

I really like how Paz Vizla is shown to be large and imposing, even with his voice, but he's still an honorable person. Even when it seems he's being unfair it's all in the name of being Mandalorian. So judging from the imagery we saw when Bo Katan saw the Mythosaur, I assume it's really big. But....was the Mythosaur a hostile creature?? I would assume not always because it just kind of watched her going away without any kind of interference in any way. It was almost like it saw her and was like "Oh, it's just another Mandalorian.". And just went back to sleep.

BTW, the city planet you mentioned where Dr. Pershing was is Coruscant. After the Empire fell, The New Republic regained control of it. This was first done in the Star Wars Legends non-canon stories, but now it is canon.

The third episode of the season is one of my favorites of the show. I love the examination of the New Republic, and how those still loyal to the Empire are twisting the system to their advantage. The fourth episode was great seeing how Grogu survived the night of Order 66, particularly for how Ahmed Best returned to Star Wars as Kelleran Beq, the Jedi who saves Grogu.

I have to disagree. I think that episode 3 is the worst of the series. They make the New Republic too comically inept (both in general and more importantly on an individual level, joining the New Republic seems to damage your independent reasoning) and the green screening was notably worse than other episodes. The acting was ok but the lines they were given are too wooden/stilted. I do agree that episode 4 is great. Grogu backstory was much appreciated. I hadn't realized that Best had personally received the Jar Jar backlash until recently. I definitely think that Jar Jar should have been given a rethink but none of the character's problems were anything to do with Best.

EP3 I know there's people who were pretty mixed on Ep3 as they loved the intro with Mando and Bo but were not fans of the focus on the Doctor but I loved the episode. Overall it felt like Andor showcasing the everyday life of a former Imperial now under the New Republic rule it was an interesting episode that did far more worldbuilding for the New Republic than any of the sequels. We saw how mixed Andor was for Star Wars fans for being different so I'm not too surprised that the Mandalorian fans were taken aback by this episodes massive change of pacing. One second you're watching a Saturday morning cartoon and the next you're diving into the politics and drama of former imperial members trying to find their way under the New Republic with events and topics inspired by 1984. There was going to be a show called "Rangers of the New Republic" so my theory is Episode 3 pulled heavily from ideas from that cancelled show to develop the New Republic and introduce us to Coruscant again a planet we haven't seen in live action since Revenge of the Sith back in 2005. We would've gotten Rangers in between Mando Season 2 and Mando Season 3 to allow a build up but as it's cancelled they've been spiking in little bits of ideas from that show in Mando Season 3 but not enough that it takes away from Mandalorians. EP4 The Jedi who resuced Grogu is Jedi Master Kelleran Beq who appeared in *STAR WARS: JEDI TEMPLE CHALLENGE* a fun game show that has kids going through Jedi trials. But the closest fact is the actor himself Ahmed Best was the voice and motion capture actor for Jar Jar Binks. He got alot of negative hate for playing the character so it's so nice seeing him back as an important Jedi. Seeing Order 66 again from another point of view is really cool from the Republic speeder bike to the LAAT gunship and Clone Troopers it felt like we were watching the Prequals again. The guards at the end were Royal Naboo Security Forces with the chrome ship looking very similar to a Nubian royal Starship the same ship used by Queen Amidala in The Phantom Menace. It's not the same ship but its 100% a Naboo ship so who knows what the connection is here. Did Padmé send out her guards to help before she went off after Anakin who knows.

Remember that in Season 1, the same scientist sold out Moth Gideon to Mando and the team when they went for Grogu. It was simply a revenge arc wirh the ex soldier, she took the painkillers in the end from the guy. To be honest, my first thoughts were during the episode that she wants to clone Moth Gideon in secret, taking advantage of the scientist.

Taungsdays: The Taung were the first Mandalorians. They originated on Coruscant until they fought the humans who also originated there. I'm thinking that the big guy (Paz Vizla) is probably not the kid's (Ragnar's) biological father, but (like Mando with Grogu) took him in as an orphan and was responsible for his safety and training. Vizla either grew to love him as a son, and/or possibly by taking the creed Ragnar was officially adopted into his clan. As for what happens if two Mandalorians fall in love, my theory is they would have get it on in pitch darkness.

First off, I’d like to recommend Moon Knight, Kingsman: The Secret Service, and Spider-Man: Into the Spiderverse. Secondly, the fourth episode is one of my favorites of the season. We now know that Paz Vizsla has a son named Ragnar. I particularly liked how Bo-Katan has earned the respect of the crew. On another note, I felt so bad for Grogu. The poor little guy has been through a lot. I’m glad there were still people who believed in the good of the Force. I’m also happy for Ahmed Best. Aside from Jar Jar Binks, he also portrayed Achk Med-Beq in Attack of the Clones and more recently Kelleran Beq in the KZbin kids game show called Jedi Temple Challenge. Seriously though, people were verbally bullying Ahmed for so long. He didn’t deserve any backlash. So ultimately, the recent positive feedback was the fanbase’s redemption. We need to be more open-minded and kind-hearted. For better or worse, words and the way they’re delivered have a powerful impact on people.
