Colleague of mine said that they actually know each other (at least from seeing each other) because the Armorer was on Mandalore at the same time, and she was a follower of Maul who lead the Death Watch for a short time. thats why she has those spikes on her helmet.

Bo needs to realize that she does not need the dark saber to lead. She has so much experience, probably more than any of the other Mando's. She is a total warrior and needs to be herself.

My thought on the beskar fragment: we _know_ that Gideon had access to heaps of beskar looted from Mandalore. (After all, the Client, who worked for Gideon, paid Din with a whole camtono of beskar just to retrieve Grogu.) And as far as we know, Gideon's stash was never found.

The voice of the pirate captain wasn’t Peter Dinklage but was another GOT alumni. He was voiced by the big tall actor who played Xaro Xhoan Daxos, a powerful merchant prince of the great city of Qarth who proposed to Danny and promised her all the riches in his vault which proved to be empty.

Wow! 😮 This episode had so much! It really showed the Mandalorians acting as a community for the greater good. I don't feel that the Armourer was dismissive of Bo-Katans revelation of her mythasaur encounter, more neutral whilst considering and now has had time to come to terms with what that means for her people, her Covert and all of Mandalore. Also... The Armorer is such an incredible character, a wise, even tempered but absolutely badass leader. Also, Paz's speech was brilliant, love the character development and he was very 'space marine' with his heavy artillery /mobile tank, gun, very cool! Just overall a brilliant episode! I am so excited to see the next few episodes!

When we first seen Bo Katan in The Mandlorian, she was adamant and forceful in wanting to reclaim her home planet for all Mandalorians, with her as ruler of Mandalore. The ambition led to her be alone in her family's castle, feeling angry and dejected. Bo helped Din reach the cleansing waters beneath Mandalore, and in doing so, also cleansed herself. Now, with no apparent want to continue her quest, she joined Jin's faction, and in doing so has become someone that other significant Mandalorians respect and believe is perhaps the only one capable of uniting the Mandalorians to retake their home planet. It's funny, because it mirrors real life in some ways that, no matter how hard you try to achieve something, you fail, yet, when you stop the pursuit the way that leads to you to successfully reaching your goal simply presents itself, with you in a much better position to reach that goal. My how Bo Katan has grown due to her experiences in, The Mandalorian.

I don't think the Armorer was dismissing Bo-Katan in the previous episode, not at all. I think the "One does not speak unless one knows." is applicable. The Armorer did not speak until she was sure what she thought was right. She's a very magical thinker, looked at all that happened, and waited for the covert to be ready to be exposed before talking with Bo-Katan.

the voice of the pirate is Nonsie Anosi. An english actor. As far as the end, I have 2 theories. First, Mandalorians took him to bring their own justice. After all he was responsible for annihilating Mandalore. The other is, his own people got him out. Thing is, his own people had Beskar if you recall season 1. It was how the remnant paid Din to get Grogu. I think the Armorer is seeing the writing on the wall regarding Bo Katan so she wants a unified Mandalore as much as Bo Katan does.

Bo seems to become the political and military leader and the Armorer is the spiritual leader. She recognized that the time of division is over. that they can only survive if they accept all of their kind , and not just the ones following the creed (due to their own interpretation) And the beskar thing at the end? I think his Android Dark Troopers were made of Beskar alloy as well, so if thats the case there is a chance they freed him.

Bo's followers became mercenaries after she returned to them without the Dark Saber. It's very much possible that those are responsible for Gideon's rescue but are also the same Mando's than Bo's is tasked to reunite with.

I think Bo is the one who will unite the mandalorian fractions. But unite and lead is not the same right? After the fractions are united they discuss who will lead the fractions. Once Bo failed to lead them and maybe there is another potential candidate. Who is it?

I know a lot of people would say Din because he's the main character, but he doesn't strike me as someone who desires to lead or rule. My vote would be for Boba Fett; his legacy as the galaxy's greatest bounty hunter would prove him to be a strong leader that the Mandalorians would respect. I know he's ruling Tatooine right now, but part of me thinks he would dissolve the crime syndicate and give rule of Tatooine to the people. What Fett wants more than anything is to honor his father. What greater legacy can Boba leave in the Fett name than helping restore Mandalore and uniting the clans? That would be the ultimate gift Boba could give to honor his father, Jango.

The Imperial remnant has the vast majority of beskar and the dark troopers are made of beskar alloy. not pure beskar like Din's armor, which is why Luke's lightsaber could cut through it but enough to make it blaster proof.

Mandalorians were really the ones who extracted Moff Gideon? I thought their armor only used pure beskar, and the fragment found was a beskar alloy.

They explained that one of the reasons Mandalorians often died to one or two blaster shots was because they weren't all using pure beskar. Troops like the Super Commandos, were issued beskar armor by the Empire, that was not the same quality as standard Mandalorian armor. Plus some Mandalorians would be sympathetic to the Empire because Gideon did hold the Dark Saber... But since the Empire had collected Beskar, it could be a set up.

Best episode of the season yet! We only got to see Mandalorians fighting together against humanoid enemies in season 1 episode 3, and that was only a couple of minutes. But now people who have never seen Clone Wars or Rebels can finally see why Mandalorians are the most badass warriors in the galaxy. And now that the Armorer has seen that their ways might need to evolve, Bo-Katan truly might be the one to unite all of Mandalore. Also seeing the whole battle sequence makes me want a Mandalorian game very VERY BADLY!

I feel like the armorer giving Vo her blessing was the confirmation she needed that she was destined to rule again. It lessens the possibility of her doing something sus to achieve that goal. The rest of this season is gonna be epic! There were rumors that Gideon is a Mandalorion and has super commandos. Oh also Din follows the old ways so the armoreer wouldn’t choose him. And he nodded his approval when Bo looked to him. Though I expect more conversations about it in the future.

When you hear a lot of clanking in the middle of the night, that's Mandalorians making babies. They just tell their children mummy and daddy are training for combat. If Thrawn is going to appear here, you can bet Ashoka is also going to be appearing. That should lead to her series.

What I can’t understand is the idea of “Bo needs to take the dark saber from Din to rule Mandalore.” She rides that Mythosaur, dark saber doesn’t matter at all

I think the mandalorian armor in the shuttle was a plant. Rememb when the Tyfighters bombed Bo Katan's castle? I think whoever's in charge of that group planted the armor to throw suspicion on the mandalorient.

Bo-Katan has to endure several tests in order to win the rigth to lead the people of Mandalore, is not enough that she is royalty, she needs to grow and understand the old ways in order to unite all surviving Mandalorians. The main question is: Who is calling the shots to set free Moff Gideon and the orders to Ellia Kane?

I'm betting that Thrawn is behind all of this, and that once that is found out it is going to lead into Ahsoka's show. Because in my mind it couldn't have been Gideon's people alone that helped him escape. It had to be someone higher up. So I bet by the end of this season we get Thrawn's name dropped again and then it'll be like, "ok now into Ahsoka's show to follow her as she tracks down Thrawn."
