3:33-3:39 That's actually Brendol Hux, father of Armitage Hux from the sequel trilogy. They're setting the stage for the beginning of the First Order and the sequel trilogy. I really enjoyed seeing you two react to this penultimate episode. The Season 3 finale is surely going to be insane and emotional.

I loved that when they had to abandon ship, Paz and Axe teamed up to lift Grogu off the ship, together as a team, so soon after their fight.

They're really going to the original Timothy Zahn trilogy for inspiration, whether it's the presence of Captain Pellaleon (Thrawn's loyal right hand, perhaps the most likable Imperial you're ever going to meet) or Thrawn being the overall leader of the remnants of the Empire (and five years post "Jedi", just like in the books). And "Project Necromancer", just by the name alone, screams "plan to resurrect Sidious from the dead."

At First that was my thought but I heard that Gideon is actually resurrecting Dead Imperial Soldiers to use as Dark Troopers that why there so many of those Clone tubes though that same tech is probably what they used to make Snoke and Resurrect the Emperor

35:31 what does the Armorer gain from betraying Mandalore and her covert? She's been a devote Mandalorian since season 1; she helped Bo-Katan find her true inner leader. I would be shocked if the "spies" were anyone other than the Shadow Council--they are a clandestine group of high ranking Imperials who have agents everywhere, being their eyes and ears! In addition to having an undercover agent working along side high ranking Republic officials, the Empire has a probe droid on Coruscant! I thought "the Spies" the title was referring to was very clearly the Empire, but I suppose it could be others too, but that's not how I initially read it, and I'm not sure I'm on board with that thought. Why would any Mandalorian side with the Empire after what they did to their home world? They fought amongst themselves, sure, but they all hated the Empire, and that was before the Empire bombed the heck out of their home. I don't know if there's enough time to make anyone other than Imperials spies. Are we getting extra time on the final episode? Putting the title squarely on the Imperials would certainly help the story move along in the final episode, for sure, but maybe there is something/someone else at play. We all know the First Order is coming, and from what we know from the later sequels, they did it all themselves. We'll know soon enough in about 17 hours or so =)

There's been a running theory for a while now that the Armourer is really Rook Kast due to her chest piece being the same colour, her helmet looking like a Maul helmet and they've now finally confirmed that her people were Death Watch.

30:23 There's nothing wrong with Mandalore. Gideon wants it for himself, and he made it appear as though the planet was lost--the man made up horrible stories that kept Mandalorians off the world since the fall of the Republic. This is Gideon's base and he was just speaking with the Shadow Council, just fine, even. To keep up with appearances that everyone believes, they have to make Mandalore look inhospitable in everywhere, and jamming communications is a good way of doing that. If everyone honestly believes things are bad, and they do, they aren't going to send a huge fleet down to investigate, let alone a scouting party because they all believe communications don't work, and they actually didn't when Din and Bo-Katan were first there. Gideon is able to send a transmission, so he's able to flip a switch of some sort to make it possible. I suspect we'll see Bo-Katan or someone figure that out and let the fleet and possibly the New Republic know that the Empire is on Mandalore in the finale tomorrow. I cannot wait!

Writer/director Rick Famuyiwa really gets combining action and story, and since he's directing the last episode as well, I expect much of the same. If Favreau decides to spend more time on other projects, as he has stated, he couldn't go wrong with making Famuyiwa the lead director on many of those projects.

I think its too obvious and so its a Red Herring, my Guess Axe Woves after he Lost to Bo Katan might have some sour grapes, if it was the Armorer she would have did everything she could to keep the mando's separate and off of mandalore, she also would have reported to Moff Gideon that she had a plan to bring the two tribes together but he was shocked that the 2 tribes had joined in the start of the episode. Also its Meta but the actor who plays Ax Woves is ALWAYS a BADGUY in every part he in he was a Hydra Agent in Agents of Shield for example.

I really like your reactions, but I was sitting there waiting for you to say something about Din being captured, left behind in the hands of Gideon. He easily can be killed and/or tortured and for me he is and always will be THE Mandalorian and my favorite character. If he gets killed in the final I will be truly done with Disney+ and the rest of this seemingly 5000 new series. This whole season was taking more and more away from him, even Grogu gets attached to Bo now, this feels like a vibro knife to my heart

Your taking crack right? They aren't killing Din don't be one of those people who believe "Oh its going to be the Bo Katan show!" That some youtube fakefan bullshit nobody wants to watch a show about a Politician doing paper work as that what the Ruler of Mandalore is going to have to do. They just want to build tension and it worked Grogu got captured in the 2nd season by Gideon as well you'll remember. The show will continue with Din and Grogu heading out to the galaxy to go on adventures while Bo Stays behind to rebuild Mandalore, that the show from the start and that where it going to lead, we just have to set up Mandalore again.

I can see Moff Gieon losing because the new republic fighters arriving, but he escapes taking Din with him and season 4 will be the search for Din culminating in a brainwashed Din fighting Bo or who ever the main protagonist is yet Grogu will be the one to save him.

How did Moth Gideon know that Bo Katan had the dark saber? Either Axes Woves or the Armorer are the traitors,it clearly was titled spies as in plural so G68 isn't the only one! We're about to find,out my money is on the Armor she has the same helmet design which is a homage to Darth Maul as does Gideon. It could be a red herring, but she is a leader of fanatical cult that all of a sudden flip the script at the last minute to get them all together in one spot to make it that much easier for the remnants of the Empire to annihilate them! She constantly preach the narrative that Mandalore was curse obviously giving the Empire cover to build their base and mine the bescar. I'm going with Ahsoka is going to show up in the season finale and Thron in the after credits! I have foreseen it!
