Grogu was with Luke for one year. Favreau clarified his statement saying that the real time we spend away from each season is the time that transpires in story. So the one year between Mando S2 and BoBF is one year from when Luke takes Grogu to when Grogu reunites with Din. In other words, Mando S1 is 9ABY, Mando S2 is 10ABY, BoBF is 11ABY, and Mando S3 is 12ABY.
