Your comment just made me realize something. I can't think of one current song, or for "at least" 10-15 years, that "mentions love". I just realized the current roster of songs, or at least the ones I hear, mentions "love". That's sad when I think about it. Plenty of songs about "hooking up, one night stands, girls cheating on boys, boys cheating on girls, etc. I'm glad I lived in a time period when "love songs" were sung.
