If you guys were not paying attention, and How Bradford somehow got all the available units to come to his location. Well when he got to the location he asks Sergeant Grey (I think thats his name) to send all available units to his location because there are gang members in there way and they are outnumbered, you can see Bradford calling for backup at this momment: 3:46. But Sergeant Grey ( I think thats his name) says that he just sent all available units to Nolan’s and Bishop’s Location. So they made a plan, after Nolan’s situation is over then the Available units will go to Bradford’s location.
