This is why I just switched from Manon to Chun Li you still get the footsies, just you get everything else too lol fireball drive rush low forward drive rush corner carry combos. Switching was like playing the game on extreme difficulty then going to normal.

You don't get to complain about a character being "low tier" if you're a pro doing this for your career and you choose a low tier. Its nobodies fault or problem picking high tiers vs you, everyone is in it to win. I don't understand why as a pro with your livlihood tied to the game you would intentionally handicap yourself and pick a low tier. You want to give yourself every advantage you can. I think for iDom he does it to have that excuse when he loses. Not confident he could win it all if it all was on him without an excuse. Like its crazy right? Imagine insisting on objectively worse golf clubs when golfing. You're not playing for entertainment you're playing as your job. Why not optimize your chances fully? Legitimately asking. I could be 100% WRONG why he does it, but it makes no sense at all if you want to try and win it all.

Well no one really knows except himself... And no one can say for sure what a pro player should play to win... Pro player like tokido for example he always picks toptier character for tournament to win and that is his style... You see itazan for example he always bring zangief to tournament regardless of tier and whether he wins or lose he sticks with the character. IMO i think Idom just like to play grapplers like he did with laura in sfv. And complaining about the game, tiers and stuffs is very normal for players even if you play top tier characters... There is always something to complain about, since the game will never be able to please everyone.

He already openly dislikes a lot of aspects of the game. Why would he then choose a character he doesn't like on top of it? 😂 i doubt he would win as easily as you think with a top tier.
