Respected sir, I have feel suggestion to reduce the process of cooking. Your method is good to keep exact amounts of spices in each batch, but this problem you can slove by other method. Tomorrow I will give that method. You must experiment another way of cooking, you sock your soyabin crunch in the hot juice..... which you have use after frying , add some drops of vinegar, after socking, you put on shieve, don't remove water by machine......and half fry it ...don't reduce the sizes of soyabin while frying. Now remove oil by using centrifugal machine , don't remove soyabin from machine, wash fried soyabin crunch........with same spices water ,which you have used initially for socking soyabin. Again run the machine, after that grilled it. Season it and pack it. Grilling is also not important. Experiment without grilled. Vinegar is good preservative. It's gives very good flavor to soyabin. Don't use garlic, use ginger. You must reduce process to reduce the cost. You can supply to street food sellers or hotel. Tomorrow I will write about spices. Namh shivay.

yeah, why eating something out of plants when you can just inseminate a cow, ( basically raping her) then make both mother and calf suffer by taking the calf away, then make the cow live in a 2x2 area, standing up in her own shit..... i could continue but the entire process is just wrong and i think i have made my point.
