2:47 G1 Swindle is actually the FMC XR311, a prototype multirole vehicle from the 1970s. It was canceled and would eventually lead to the Humvee we all know. Plus a fun fact about Animated Swindle, his man has a Bolo tie incorporated into his design (The two purple lines on the pedestal where his head resides).

I have Cybertron Swindle from childhood, and invented a Bruticus leg mode for him. Take the vehicle mode, reverse the rear section so the floodlight toes are pointing the other way, then plug the sniper rifle weapon into a screw hole on the underside to act as the thigh.

That’s awesome! When I was a kid, I used to love to find ways to make my figure combine. I once had Classics Optimus as the torso, Hound and 07 Landmine for the arms, with 07 Bee and Cliffjumper as legs.

@ronbondujon9690 I could never cobble together a complete Combiner out of parts that didn't belong like that, but I did mention my custom leg mode for Cybertron Swindle in my review of him a while back. I also had a similar leg mode for ROTF Lockdown, and found a way to reconfigure his weapons loadout too. What you do is take the robot mode, use the transformation hinge to bring his hook down and gently separate the piston mechanism and fold the long bit forward so it looks like a sniper barrel. Lockdown can then hold the hook to steady his aim.

@ I don’t know, I could just see that character working. Maybe he’s a separate Seeker commander who used to idolize G1 Screamer, but grows to see him as a monster. Armada Screamer begins to lash out, briefly joins the Autobots, comes back to the cons, but is always driven by his hatred for the other Starscream. Basically, take all of Armada Screamer’s issues with Armada Megs and transfer it to G1 Screamer.
