Absolutely amazing marble carvings. I must say Finn, you absolutely by far put out some of the most informative, adventurous and interesting Philippine KZbin videos than any of the other PI KZbin bloggers. So many of the "other" PI KZbin video blogs border on the line of being very boring and repetitious. Many of them just don't get out and about like you and your gal. Just my opinion. What I admire/like about you, Finn, is your interaction with the locals. You always make it a point to talk to them, buy stuff from them, offer them food, crack some jokes with them and so on. I love that about you, effortless on your part. That lady (cook) wearing an Icelandic tshirt on the day you visited, who would have thought, a once in a million chance. Smart answer from the marble business owner🤣🤣, so funny, haha. He won't hire you because you're expensive🤣🤣 I would love for you to have the Last Supper made fr marble in your dining area or the dolphins/whales for house decor as my suggestion only. Hi Finn, here’s an idea have them cut the marble for your kitchen and bathroom countertops. I’m assuming they will need to seal it. Also they have really nice figures you can use not only for decorating inside the house but also for your garden.

Romblon marble has been passed on as Italian marble coz of it's quality and availability!! I may be wrong but by this time Italy's marble is either dwindling, pricey if not restricted to be sold.

Back in 2019, these guys came here in Davao and stayed for around 4 months. When they were about to leave and transfer to another city for another selling exhibit, they sold lower prices. So then we bought long table, octagon dining table with lazy susan, receiving room center table, garden set... hahahha so happy to have these collections.

Gorgeous marble! If your heart ~ and Sherlyn’s ~ is set on it but don’t want to worry about maintenance or wear and tear, you might consider installing some pieces in your kitchen backsplash. You might have to hire a professional, however, to install them. Do they treat marble to minimize water spots/stains?

Granite is not good if you accidentally put hot mug or pan on it. It will leave a mark since its a natural stone. The best for kitchen countertop is quartz. It can withstand heat and cannot easily be stained. I used to have granite in my old house and I often have to polish it. Quartz is what I have on my new kitchen countertops. Marble is also not advisable for kitchen countertop which can also be easily stained and cannot withstand heat. Its also a natural stone.

Great video and beautiful artwork but no masks!!! The marble dust you breath in can cause all kinds of serious lung issues like silicosis. We probably can't change their work practices but if you are there again protect yourself please!

In my humble opinion, if you will get some marble decorative pieces. Commission the marble makers a couple of images of some of the sea animals or sea creatures you have seen in the Philippines 🇵🇭 so when friends visit they will be able to see what you saw.
