1. The opening movie was fire 2. Title screen music is hype af 3. For some reason I prefer the original music to Wario's Gold Mine over 8DX 4. Wii Rainbow Road is the last track in the Booster Course Pass since it appeared in the 2022 Space Tour. Calling it. 5. Moo Moo Meadows is so nostalgic to me. Hearing the synthesized Wii version after listening to the 8DX remix for so long blew me away at how far we've come. 6. Peach Beach or Daisy Cruiser need an 8DX remix. 7. I remember when the original crossover DLC was announced for Mario Kart 8 U. The remixed Yoshi Circuit theme played in the background and my English 2 teacher recognized it. 8. The enhanced Wii version of DS Peach Gardens music is great, but I went further and replaced it with the 8DX remix in Wii. 9. Mario Kart 7 tried to make a better sounding GBA Bowser Castle, but Wii did it best imo. 10. N64 Bowser's Castle felt really intimidating for some reason, especially when going for a star rank mirror lightning cup. 11. I can STILL hear the bell alarm in Delfino Pier. 12. The animation used for Block Plaza made me laugh harder than I should've. 13. GBA Battle Course 3, the absolute BANGER. 14. The ghost replay music had no right SLAPPING that hard tbh. 15. Normal people only heard two seconds of the Mario Kart Channel menu music. It works well as the music for the CTGP Revolution Channel.

Mario kart Wii was such a fun game & still is to this day. I remember renting it from blockbuster to play on my Wii alongside with pizza from papa John's on a Saturday night. I miss those days

This soundtrack is just as catchy and memorable as back when I first heard it. Granted I didn’t play the game until about 2010 at the earliest, and I didn’t even unlock the unlockable cups till 2020, but I still think the soundtrack is nostalgic.
