I won’t lie, I’m not too excited for Peach’s Day Off, the first segment reminds me a lot of Acornucopia from Star Rush, which I wasn’t super crazy about, and the second segment reminded me heavily of Bombard King Bob-Omb from Mario Party 9, that minigame can screw off by the way. The third segment looks fun at least.

I do enjoy the recycling of voice clips from Wonder since I'm sure majority of fans had enough of voice clips from Mario Kart 8 and before that are 10+ years old.

Before that it was all from Mario Kart Wii lmao. Nintendo has a habit of reusing character voices from the previous games for a longer period (Mii voices in MK8 are actually high pitched MKW ones for example).

​@@PlayersPurity from my understanding they record a lot of voice lines every time they get an actor on board for a major release, even lines that'll go unused for said release, for the sake of futureproofing and cost efficiency, making a big vault of generic voice lines they can keep reusing on and on until there's a reason to bring the actor back and record more. Rosalina being the biggest victim of this because I do not think she has had a single new voice clip since MK8 💀

Back when she was voiced by Kerri Kane all she did was to do voice clips for MK7 and those were reused in every single game the character was in since (including few unused ones) until they decided to replace her with Laura Faye Smith and once she did her voice for 3D World and MK8 they have kept recycling those since, I believe. Only Mercedes Rose got to record many new clips for MKW after SMG. But let's be real, if they had kept her as the voice actress I would see them also reusing her MKW ones until they bring her back for the newer title and start reusing those. Oh and let's not talk about how to this day, they have keep recycling few of Jen Taylor's voice clips from past Mario sport titles such as Power Tennis mixed with Samantha Kelly's ALSO recycled ones in the current sport titles for Peach. She also did the voice for Toad and some of theirs are also reused and mixed with Samantha Kelly's to this day in few titles, mostly just sport titles by Camelon (It's also quite interesting the last two of Peach's voice actresses also provide the voice for Toads and Toadette). And by the looks of it, I think we are going to see a lot of reused voice clips from Super Mario Bros. Wonder for characters like Peach and Yoshi as they already seem to be reusing them in this game. 🙃
