I know this is an old episode, and I completely understand her and how she feels. I have never felt heartbreak and worry like I did when my husband was deployed.. only I didn’t get the comfort of talking on the phone or knowing where he was. But the way she is with her kids is not ok. Only being “happy” when he calls or she hears from him? And spending her days staring and refreshing the computer was no way to live! The kids deserved so much more love and like Jo said.. she isn’t the only person who went through this.

I can understand how this mother feels; I had three kids as well and although my husband wasn't away for as long as her's I didn't like being in the house by myself with just my children and was always more at ease when he came home.

Reminder that kids don't have to have 2 parents that are always around to not act out like this. These children don't only act out because their father is away the main cause is most likely the mother being so emotionally unstable due to the father being away. The kids honestly aren't very bad at all.
