@@gracegill9769 it was put on KZbin in September but it was originally aired on TV in the early 2000s. Edit: I googled it and this episode aired in December 2010, so the kids are about 13 and 16 now.

Children want to be disciplined. It makes them feel loved and secure. They dont really want all the drama anymore then us. They need the discipline.

I love when they show how many minutes things take, or how many attempts at time out or going back to bed. It makes the whole thing much more realistic.

Dad can't see that his daughter acts up to get attention because that's how her brother acts and he gets attention. He needs to wake up and start paying attention to his daughter

I really like this family. Mom and Dad gave no resistance to Jo and her routines. Its nice to watch an episode with positive parents who put ego and pre-conceived concepts aside and just embrace the lessons.

You should watch some of her U.K. episodes then. It's totally different to the U.S. episodes. The majority recognize that they called HER for help and don't argue or fuss when she shares her observation notes and techniques with them.

I know it’s just tv and what they edit to show but I’m shocked at the impatience with their daughter after the boy is not held to basic standards by parents and the poor girl has to deal with her brother and the parents’ ineptitude 😱🤢 From this show they completely ignore and chastise their daughter…. expectations so high and yet all kudos, attention and any focus goes toward brother. Bizarre.
