Here in Florida wide load is anything over 120” we also have 144” lanes standard because we don’t have shoulders on most roads. We have a 102” maximum for our vehicle

my guess is with tires your going to be 105-107 wide with the right spacer for the gap. lol and yes 102 is legal however i know guys and me that run over anyway and dont have problems however they/we arent in CA.

Legends gios (same guy who built the lights on your Denali) f450 ran a similar setup but with 26s on 35s and 13.5s in the rear pretty sure his was 110 wide but he had gigantic spacers in between

Maybe you can find axles and rotors that can be drilled to fit the new Wheels that will give you at least a couple of inches. But then you were worried about clearance issues on the inside.

102” is legal, my roll back used to be 102” wide. And I hauled a 450 just like that from the factory that upfits them with the black ops package here in Indiana and it was 102” on the dot 🤣

For my rear dually tires I went with a cheaper arturro trailblade boss bc they make a 40x14.5 wide and i used a 1/4" spacer in between. It was the previous generation so im not sure what the differences are.
